So sorry to hear about Steve and its hard for all of you at this time. I just lost my youngest brother Larry Dec. 19 th. As the years pass by we all have gone our different directions since high school and I've lost contact with too many over the years. Wish I had stayed more in contact with Steve and some others from back then. I wish you and your family the best wishes, because its hard to say anything that makes any sense at a time like this.

Dear Bonnie, Charlie, Scott & Amy, Kayla, Nick & Allyson, and John & Nancy,
Words fail me to express our deepest sympathy. Steve will be so greatly missed because there is so much to miss. Steve has been my mentor and friend since I was 22 and Steve was 27. Mentoring was not a "program"; back then it was just Steve. It remains for us to live out and share what we learned from Steve - in this way he will always be remembered in this world. "It is not what a man does that is of final importance, but what he is in what he does. The atmosphere produced by a man, much more than his activities, has the lasting influence." --Oswald Chambers
And in the time to come may you all always keep an eternal perspective; talk things out with our heavenly Father. RIP Steve

Bonnie, Charlie, Scott & Amy, Kayla, Nick and Allyson, John & Nancy,
Words fail me to express our deepest sympathy but please know that you are all being lifted up in many, many prayers. Steve will be so greatly missed because there is so much to miss. He has been my mentor and friend since I was 22 and he was 27. Mentor wasn't a "program" then, it was just Steve and for me it lasted a lifetime. It now remains for all of us to put into action what we learned from Steve. In that way Steve will always be remembered in this world. "It is not what a man does that is of final importance, but what he is in what he does. The atmosphere produced by a man, much more than his activities, has the lasting influence." --Oswald Chambers
And in the years to come always keep an eternal perspective, talk it out with our heavenly Father.

Our hearts are heavy for you Bonnie, Charlie and Scott. The only consolation is that he won't be suffering anymore. However, he will still be looking down on youand taking care of you in a different way.May God hold him in the palm of His hands. RIP Steve
