Butchie, devoted father of Izabelle Blevins and Paul Blevins; Preceded in death by his fiancé Keri Davis; Dear brother of Amanda Blevins; Nephew of Vicky Wright, Suellen Scanlon, Michael Blevins, Stephanie Cary, Timothy Blevins and Mark Blevins. Beloved son of the late Robin and Paul Blevins.

      Memorial services will be held on Saturday April 30, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at the  Lansdowne Assembly of God 132 Fifth Avenue Halethorpe, MD 21227..
