      Wayne Barry Floyd, Sr. passed away at his Glen Burnie, MD home on February 5, 2020 at the age of 64.
Wayne was born on April 7, 1955 to Robert Floyd, Sr. and Virginia Lee (Snyder) Floyd. He was raised in Brooklyn Park & Linthicum, MD. Wayne graduated from Brooklyn Park Junior/Senior High School. He was married to Lea Marie (Zichos) Floyd for 17 years, and the couple had two children together - Wayne Barry Floyd, Jr. and Kristina Marie Floyd. 

      Wayne's fondest memories are those that he made with his family and friends. His most cherished were of family trips to the beach, nights out on his boat, driving, and fishing trips with his father-in-law and kids. Wayne had an energy that could light up a room, and he would never fall short of making you smile and laugh. He was a very kind, compassionate man with a heart of pure gold - always helping anybody he could.
Though he did not remarry, he shared the last 15 years with his fiancee, Donna (Hoffman) Curry who sadly passed just a month prior to Wayne. Although the two did not have any children together, they shared their beloved "Sweetie Dog" who was Wayne's best bud. Wayne cherished his time with them, along with his children and grandchildren.

      Wayne was preceded in death by his parents Virginia and Robert, his ex-wife Lea, and his fiancee Donna. He is survived by his son Wayne and his wife Amanda, his daughter Kristina, his grandchildren Delilah, Gage, and Joshua, his siblings Robert Floyd, Jr., Keith Floyd, Sr.,and Brenda Floyd-Martin, and his nieces and nephews.
