Victoria “Vicki” Fagan

      Victoria “Vicki” Fagan, 25, of Glen Burnie, Maryland, passed away of natural causes at home on June 22, 2026.

      Born on March 9, 2001, Vicki was a bright light to all who knew her. She was funny, spirited, and delightfully sassy, bringing laughter and joy wherever she went. Her quick wit, loving heart, and unforgettable personality made her truly one of a kind.

      Vicki’s love for dogs and all animals was something truly special. From the time she was young, she would check the animal control website constantly, keeping tabs on every new dog that appeared. The moment she saw one that tugged at her heart, she would beg her parents to adopt it—no matter how many times they told her no. Her determination was part of her charm.

      She adored every animal that became part of the family: gentle husky Aurora, goofy brindle boxer Jackson, and sweet French bulldog Khloe. But her truest companion—the one who held the biggest piece of her heart—was her beloved bulldog, Mookie Pookie. Vicki took him everywhere she possibly could, treating him like royalty and spoiling him without hesitation, even when everyone teased her for it. Their bond was pure, joyful, and unmistakable.

      Vicki’s life was marked by the love she gave so freely to the animals who depended on her. That love was her gift to the world, and it will be remembered in every wagging tail and every happy memory she leaves behind.

      Vicki shared a special and unbreakable bond with her older brother, Robbie. More than siblings, they were best friends and constant companions. Their friendship was filled with love, laughter, and memories that will be cherished forever.

      She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Barbara Hammerbacher, and her paternal grandmother, Phyllis Fagan.

      Vicki is survived by her loving parents, Rob and Shelly Fagan; her heartbroken brother and forever friend, Robbie Fagan; along with many extended family members and friends who will deeply miss her.

      Though her time with us was far too short, Vicki’s vibrant spirit, infectious laughter, and unwavering love for those closest to her will remain in our hearts forever. Vicki’s family asks that she be remembered not only for the way she left this world, but for the joy, humor, love, and sass she brought to it every day.

      Family and friends are invited to attend visitation on Thursday (June 25, 2026) from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Gonce Funeral Home, 4001 Ritchie Highway. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday (June 26) at 10:30 a.m. at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church. Interment will be Saturday (June 27) at 10:00 a.m. in Glen Haven Memorial Park.
