On August 16, 2023 Victor was the beloved husband of Jean Young; Devoted father of Glenn Young and wife Rachael Young and Kevin Young and wife Lynn Young; Grandfather of Kelsey, Allyson and Julia Young; Brother of Raymond Young; Also surved by Shannon Young.

Interment will be held with Military Honors at the Maryland State Veterans Cemetery 1122 Sunrise Beach Road Crownsville MD on Friday August 25, 2023 at 10:45 A.M.
