On May 23, 2020. Tsai H. Bishop joined her beloved husband Kenneth T. Bishop Jr. of 46 years in heaven. She is the cherished mother of Dawn Bishop-Small and her husband Richard, Donald L. Bishop Sr. and his wife Terri; Loving grandmother of Madison L Small, Donald L. Bishop Jr., Tanner M. Bishop, and Logan M. Bishop.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic services at this time will be private. Tsai will be laid to rest with her husband at a later date in Crownsville Veteran Cemetery.
