Thomas Wright

On February 7, 2024 Thomas Frederick Wright passed away at age 81. He was the beloved husband of the late Alma R. Wright; devoted father of Lisa C. McHale (Stephen), Thomas F. Wright II (Ronith Dunn), and Sheila Lee Wright, also Donna Henn who was like a daughter; cherished grandfather of Jeffrey, Emily, Sarah, Patrick, Faith, Savannah, Jeremiah and Walt; also blessed with 12 great grandkids. 

Mr. Wright was a retired dedicated computer programmer for Lockheed Martin. He was an avid enthusiast of the sea, finding joy aboard his boat where he spent countless hours fishing and crabbing. He was a competitive spirit and enjoyed shooting pool and playing chess and solitaire. Mr. Wright found great pleasure in oldies music, particularly the timeless melodies of Elvis Presley and the Beatles. Yet, his greatest joy came from spending cherished moments with his family.

Though he may have embarked on his final voyage, Mr. Wright's memory will be forever cherished by his loving family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched.

Family requests relatives and friends visit Gonce Funeral Service, 4001 Ritchie Hwy, on Tuesday (February 13, 2024) from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm. Services on Wednesday at 11:00 am. Interment in Glen Haven Cemetery.
