On September 2, 2019 Thomas B. Cottrell passed away at age 78. Thomas was the beloved husband of the late Carol Bartkowiak Cottrell and devoted father of Angel, Tony, Troy, Marcus and Nichol Cottrell and Lezlye Ajani. He was also blessed with Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The family is planning a visiting at Gonce Funeral Service P.A., 4001 Ritchie Highway on Saturday, from 12 noon to 1:30 at which time a Funeral Service will be held. Mr. Cottrell will be laid to rest in Campbell Cemetery in Kilmarnock, Virginia on Sunday at 1pm.
