Brown Sr., Terry F.
On August 7th, 2024, Terry Franklin Brown Sr. passed away peacefully at his home in Baltimore, Maryland, surrounded by his beloved family. He was 75 years old. Born on February 23, 1949. Terry was the cherished son of Charles Brown and Mae Hynson.
In 1970, Terry married the love of his life, Rose Bolyard, and together they built a beautiful family filled with love and laughter. Terry dedicated 30 years of his life to W. R. Grace, where he was known for his hard work and commitment. After retiring, he cherished long weekends at their cabin in Berkeley Springs, where he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and creating lasting memories with his grandchildren.
Terry is survived by his devoted wife of 53 years, Rose Brown; his children, Vera Ballard (Scott), Terry Franklin Brown Jr. (Stacey), Sonja Michael (Tom), and Steve Wimmer (Hilda); as well as his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who brought him immense joy. He is also survived by his sister, Darlene Cantrell (Rick). Terry was predeceased by his parents, four brothers, and a sister.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Gonce Funeral Service, P.A., located at 4001 Ritchie Highway, on Sunday, August 11th, 2024, from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM. Funeral service will be held on Monday, August 12th, 2024, at 11:00 AM, followed by a graveside service at Glen Haven Memorial Park, 7231 Ritchie Hwy, Glen Burnie, Maryland.
Terry will be remembered for his kindness, humor, and unwavering love for his family. He leaves behind a legacy of cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
