Sharon L. Hawes

     On August 10, 2024, surrounded by her family, Sharon Louise Hawes, 77, peacefully went home to the Lord.

     Sharon was born on April 20, 1947, to Charles and Winifred Hoffman. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who was devoted to her family. She is survived by her husband, Jim, daughters Julie and Wendy (Joe), and grandchildren, Matthew, Jeremy, Tom, Ben, Josh, and El.

     Sharon’s home was always decorated for each holiday, and she enjoyed baking, taking care of others, word searches, and games shows! Sharon also loved to feed the squirrels and took great joy in doing so.

     Therefore, in lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her memory, to the ASPCA at https://secure.aspca.org/donate/ps-memory.

     The family requests friends and relatives visit the family owned Gonce Funeral Service, P.A., 4001 Ritchie Highway, on Friday (August 30, 2024) from 1 to 3 PM. The celebration of life will begin at 1:30 PM.
