On March 20, 2020 Scott A. Mauler Jr. passed away at age 29. A motorcycle enthusiast, Scott had dirt bikes as a child and loved riding motocross with his father. He was all about music and concerts and even wrote music lyrics. Hiking in State parks and attending fairs and carnivals in Frederick were a few of his favorite things.

Scott was the beloved son of Laura Shipley and Scott A. Mauler Sr. and James Shipley; dear brother of Sean Shipley, Kyle Shipley, James Shipley Jr., and Faith Mauler; cherished grandson of Eleanora Carroll, Sherry Mauler, and Ed Mauler; dear nephew of Ed Carroll, Rusty Mauler, Robert Mauler, Ashley Carroll and Michelle Mauler.
