On September 26, 2025 Ruth was the beloved wife of the late James L. Tully Sr.; Devoted mother of James Louis Tully Jr. and wife Suzanne, Timothy Patrick Tully and wife Deanna and Colleen Nichols and husband Michael; Grandmother of Timothy Jr., Rachel, James III, Laura, Colin, Spencer and Aidan.

Visit the family owned Gonce Funeral Service P.A. 4001 Ritchie Highway on Tuesday October 7, 2025 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Funeral Service 1:00 P.M. Interment Cedar Hill Cemetery. Those who wish may make a contribution to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
