On April 15, 2024 Ruby was the devoted mother of Charles Schwinn Jr. and wife Allison Schwinn and Brandi Thomas and husband Clifton Thomas; dear grandmother of Wyatt, Mackenzie, Emmett and Madelyn; cherished sister of Jim, Sue, Dan, Sharon, Ken and Jane and the late David.

A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday (5/19/2024) at Anne Arundel County Fairgrounds from 1-4 PM.
