On February 4, 2020 Rosemary P. VanBrackel (nee Norton). Former wife of Dawson VanBrackel. Dear mother of the late Stephen VanBrackel. Cherished daughter of the late Raymond F. and Ethel Norton (nee Starr). Loving sister of Mildred Freeberger and her husband George and Maryann Bisesi and her late husband Frank. Also survived by other nieces and nephews and their families.
