Dugger, Rickey E.

August 30, 1956 - May 3, 2022

      Rickey was born in South Baltimore Maryland. Everybody that met Rickey had a friend for life. He gave love and received love in return. August 10th of 2021 he was struck with a stroke. There were numerous hospital visits. He was a fighter to live. He was getting strong to get through the pain and surgeries.

      He was the cherished brother of Marlene Kells, Mildred Benton, Vanna Vankirk, Lester Dugger, Robert Dugger, Michael Dugger and William Dugger. Dear Brother-in-law of Melvin Mosca, and James Benton Sr., Patricia Dugger, Carol Dugger, and Cherry Dugger. Loved uncle of many nieces, nephews and cousins. Rickey is going to meet our loved ones Donald Dugger, Danny Dugger, Frances Mosca (Jenny). His father and mother Otis Dugger, and Gertrude (Nee Taylor). Everybody that knew Rickey, they all loved him. Rickey has his wings so now he can fly and be free.

      Family requests relatives and friends to visit the family owned Gonce Funeral Service P.A. 4001 Ritchie Highway on Tuesday from 10 AM to 12 PM. Service will begin at 12 PM, followed by interment in Glen Haven Memorial Park.
