On April 9, 2022. Richard joined his beloved wife Tempy G. McLaughlin of 64 years in heaven. Mr. McLaughlin proudly served our country in the United States Army. There will be a graveside service in Holy Cross Cemetery on Monday April 18th 2022 at 11 Am.
