Richard Lee Hartis, Sr.

Richard Lee Hartis Sr, 76, of Berkley County West Virginia, a Navy veteran, passed away July 13, 2023. He is survived by his children Richard Lee Hartis Jr and wife, Carolyn Renee Hartis-Lewis and husband, Ronald Lee Hartis and wife,  Deana Marie Hartis Kathy Hartis-Hite and husband, Stepson Charles Nalley, sister Judy Wroten, 14 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his son Richard Shawn Hartis, wife Kathy Hartis and parents Atha Mae Sponagule and Lee Roy Hartis. He enjoyed spending time with his family, golfing and at the River lot in West Virginia.

Family requests relatives and friends visit Gonce Funeral Service, 4001 Ritchie Highway, on Tuesday (July 25, 2023) from 11 AM to 1 PM, with a funeral service beginning at 1 PM. Interment will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery with Military Honors.
