On March 6, 2024 Phyllis was the beloved wife of the late Bill Tackett Sr.; Devoted mother of Kelly Tackett and husband George and the late Billy Tackett and wife Marguerette; Grandmother of Nick (Katie), Emilee, George, Alexis and Madison; Also blessed with 2 Great-Granddaughters Sophia and Arya; Sister of Margaret Price and the late Jimme And Mickey Letchworth and Linda; Sister-in-law of Judy and Pat; Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visit the family owned Gonce Funeral Service 4001 Ritchie Highway  on Tuesday and Wednesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. Funeral service on Friday at 11:00 A.M. at Brooklyn Bible Chapel 502 Jack Street, Baltimore, MD 21225; Interment Private
