Duncan, Patsy A.

      On June 17, 2019. Patsy passed away surrounded by her loved ones. She is the beloved wife of Harold J. Duncan. Cherished mother of Brian Conwell and wife Susan, Scott Conwell and wife Sharon and their late father James H. Conwell. She was also blessed with many grandchildren and great grandchildren and long term good friends who came to visit her. She is the Dear Step Mother of Drema Barnes and Terri Oberg. Daughter of the late William and Lillian Richarts; Sister of the late William Richarts, and sister-in-law of Judy Wassell, and Carvel Wassell.

      Patsy enjoyed traveling, taking cruises and gambling at all the different Casinos. She also loved the simple things in life, being in the mountains, or at the beach eating some steamed crabs. As long as she was with her family, she was most happy.

     Services for Mrs. Duncan will be private. A special thank you to the Hospice of the Chesapeake, who took wonderful care of Patsy.
