Patrick V. Damico was born March 16th, 1934 to the late Dominic and Anna Damico. He was a devoted Catholic, and attended St. Jane Frances Church in Pasadena Maryland. Patrick proudly served his country in the United States Army, and was Mr. Maryland for 7 years. Patrick owned and operated several gyms over the years, and regularly trained and coached Sugar Ray Leonard. Patrick was a very tough man, but loving. After his surgeries you would always catch him air boxing, because he was a true fighter. He was a well known resident, all the guests knew him, and all the nurses loved him. He was always there for you, and no one messed with family. He was someone you could depend on. If he told you he would take care of something, you wouldnt hear about it again. He was an Angel on earth and now he is an Angel in Heaven watching over the family.
On November 10, 2023. Patrick joined his beloved wife Nancy Damico (Nee Martin) in Heaven. He is the Dear father of Petey Damico. Cherished step father to Mike, Kathy, Bobbie, her daughter Tiffany and Robbie. Devoted brother of the late Jennie Moore, Mary Sipes, and Rose Mortamir. He was also very much loved by his niece Debbi Kent, and Nephew Lee Moore, and Great nephew Joshua Atkins. Patrick loved his little dog Lucy who is now under the loving care of Joshua.
Family requests relatives and friends to visit the family owned Gonce Funeral Service P.A. 169 Riviera Dr. on Tuesday November 21st from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Funeral Service will begin at 1:00 P.M. Followed by Interment with Military Honors in Maryland Veterans Cemetery in Crownsville Maryland.
