Patricia Ann Ports

Patricia Ann Ports, 69, of Brooklyn Park, Maryland, passed away peacefully on November 27, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. Born to Joseph and Irene Solanick, Patricia grew up with a gentle heart and a welcoming spirit—qualities that remained with her throughout her life and touched everyone who knew her.

Patricia was the devoted wife of Kenneth Ports and the loving mother of Justin and Allison Ports. Her greatest joy was her family, and she poured her whole heart into caring for her children and, later, her cherished grandchildren: Harper, Heidi, and Kinslee. She shared a close bond with her brother, Ronald Solanick, whom she loved dearly.

Patricia embraced life with a quiet warmth that drew people toward her. She was known for her kindness, her gentle nature, and the way she made others feel comforted and understood—especially in difficult moments. To be in Patricia’s presence was to feel at ease.

She loved traveling domestically and internationally with her husband, Kenny, creating memories that became treasured stories told again and again.

Patricia’s legacy is one of love, gentleness, and unwavering warmth—qualities that will continue to live on in her family and in all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Thursday December 4, 2025, from 3–5 p.m. and 7–9 p.m. at Gonce’s Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be held the following day Friday December 5, 2025, at 11 a.m. at St. Athanasius Church in Curtis Bay, Maryland.
