On May 8, 2014 Fay was the devoted mother of Jackie Wilner, Timothy Kelly and wife Vicky Wolfe, Karen Kleinhen and husband Skip, Jill Shaw and husband Bryn Shaw; Grandmother of Brianna and Bryson Shaw, Derek Kleinhen, Jessica Ostendarp, Dale Willner, Nicholas Willner, Nicole, Megan, Matthew and Devon; Great-Grandmother of Abriella, Selah, Emma, Mirrah, Leigh, Brody, Lucas, Jolene, Jamie, Jack, Sean, Aiden and Chase.

Celebration of life services to be held at a later date to be announced.
