On October 26, 2025, Nancy died peacefully at her home in Severn, MD.

Nancy is survived by her children, William Bailey Jr, Cynthia “Jeanie” Youngbar, Deborah Pokusa (Bryan), Eva Jones (Ben), Barry Bailey; grandchildren, Daniel Youngbar (Tina), Kevin Youngbar (Jennifer), Jimmy Youngbar, Amanda Youngbar (Mike), Aaron Hayhurst (Mary) and Kristopher Jones; great grandchildren, Logan Youngbar (Madison), Morgan Youngbar (Brandon), Noah Youngbar, Corrine Hayhurst (Joey), Brett Youngbar, Peyton Youngbar, Kelcie Hall (Zachary), Makenzie Wyatt, Haley Strauss and many nieces and nephews. Preceded by her husband, William R Bailey Sr. and her granddaughter, Chelsea Jones Whittington.

Nancy lived to be 92 years young and was very active in her years, working, raising children, playing bingo and going to the Moose Lodge. Nancy enjoyed celebrating with her family for all occasions and going to church as often as she was able.
