On July 27, 2020. WWII U.S. Coast Guard Veteran died at age 95. He was the beloved husband of the late Lunetta Metzgar Gnip; Devoted father of Barbara Westcoat and husband Allen, Michael Gnip and wife Darlene, Edwar Gnip Sr., and wife Jean, and Lunette Johnson and husband Pete. Michael was also blessed with many grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held in Cedar Hill Cemetery on Friday at 11:30 PM. Please feel free to express your condolences on his tribute wall.
