Michael "Charles" Abend Sr.

      Michael Charles Abend, Sr. was born September 15, 1944 to the late Carl and Catherine Abend. He was the second generation and proud to follow his fathers footsteps in the family business of Abend Services Plumbing and Heating. He enjoyed playing pool and made many friends through his life, but most of all he loved the time spent with his family. He will be loved and missed by all who knew him.

      On December 13, 2024. Michael C. Abend Sr. reunited with his beloved wife Janet Lee Abend. He was the Cherished father of Michael Charles Abend Jr. and his late wife LeAnne, Margaret Anne Monson and husband Kenny, and John Daniel Abend and wife Katie. Devoted grandfather of Caley, Casey, Lucas, Nicholas, Justin, Dahlia, and Veronika. Great grandfather of Liam, and Kaden.

      Family requests relatives and friends to join them for a Memorial Gathering on Thursday (December 19th) from 2 to 4 PM at the family owned Gonce Funeral Service P.A. 4001 Ritchie Highway. Service will begin at 4 PM.
