      Matthew John Borck, 37 of Arnold, MD. Went to be with the lord on August7,2020.

      Matthew was born on Thursday November 4,1982. The son of Maudie Ruth Lester and the late Walter Henry Borck. Matthew was the youngest of 4 children. The late Dempsey Allen Berg, William (Bill) Berg and Shenan Brandy Wong his only sister and best friend.

      Matthew is survived by his children Damien Matthew Borck, whom has grown to be one of his Dad’s greatest confidants, Sanibel Theresa Borck, Liam John Borck and Kira Jean Faust, who Matthew had the honor of raising as his own. Matthew is also survived by his Aunts Tammy Martin, Catherine( Detchie) Pylant., Uncles Isaac (Ike) Lester and Paul Martin Sr. He also was a loving Uncle to Randy Lee Scott Jr., Jack Lane Epperson, Dominic Vincent Epperson and only niece Dakota Cheyene Berg. Cousins Sarah Martin, Paul Martin Jr. and his brother in law Charles (Ben) Wong whom he spent hours on the water with doing what he loved. Matthew was a long-time employee at the Coca Cola Company.

      Matthew loved fishing, kayaking, nature any and all animals. His older children all followed his lead in the love for doing all these things. He loved cold Pepsi, Coke Slurpee’s, tacos, whiskey, sneakers, the color red, tattoos and the Maryland flower, Black eyed Susan. Matthew’s friend Joi White once quoted “Matt’s last few seconds on earth did not define who he was as a person” His story is far from over; he’s simply asked us all to finish writing it for him. As Matthew’s Mom always has said to all her children” LOVE YOU MORE!!
