Marian Evans

On October 8, 2024, Marian Evans passed away at the age of 66. She was the beloved wife of Russell Evans; devoted mother of Becca Sauter, Bobbie Jo Buck, Marcie Ciervo, and the late Jeremy Buck; cherished grandmother of Korrin, Hailey, Will, Marcionna, Cory, Antonio, and Bella; dear great grandmother of Ezekial, Octavius, Azariah, and Davion; and loving sister of the late Jay Wilkins.

Marian Evans was affectionately known as "Nana" to her family, and “The Candy Lady” to many in her community. She was known for her sweet generosity, always sharing her favorite treats with those around her. Her warm smile and kind heart were as much a part of her legacy as the candy she lovingly offered to brighten people’s days. Marian Evans also had a passion for flowers and gardening. Her green thumb was evident in the vibrant flowers and lush plants that surrounded her home. Working with Pennylane Florist, her talent of beautiful floral arrangements graced many homes.
