On October 7, 2020 Margaret M. Dugger (nee Neal) passed away at the age of 79. Beloved wife of the late Richard E. Dugger Jr. Dear mother of Julia Hipp and her husband Doug, Debbie Arnett and her husband Wayne, Butch Lewis, Walter Lewis and his wife Sandra Lewis, Michele Stein and her husband Daniel. Cherished grandmother of 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Also survived by other relatives and friends.

The family requests relatives and friends to visit the family owned GONCE FUNERAL SERVICE P. A. 4001 Ritchie Hwy. on Sunday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM. Services will be held on Monday at 11:00 AM. Interment will be held in Glen Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
