Lorraine P. Remmey

       Lorraine was born June 6th in 1933 in Kentucky to Dixie Fitch. She found inspiration in every journey, whether it was exploring new destinations or returning to favorite spots. She loved church bus trips with the St. John's Ladies Club, where laughter and fellowship were always in abundance. The trips to the biblical Sight and Sound plays and musicals in Pennsylvania held a special place in her heart, blending her love of faith, community and music. Lorraine also bowled 10 pin during the day with her bowling league racking up impressive scores. Her creativity shone through in each sewing project. She will be remembered with great fondness. 

      On September 8th, 2024 Lorraine joined her beloved husband Robert Remmey in Heaven. She is the the Dear mother of the late Donald Remmey. Cherished grandmother of Misty Payne, and William Remmey. Great grandmother of Kailey Stillman, Alison Matthews, Kaiden Remmey, and Great Great grandmother of Roman Hilditch. Sister of Deborah Klein, and the late William Pack, Jean Robinson, and Ernest Pack. 

      Family requests relatives and friends to visit the family owned Gonce Funeral Service P.A. 4001 Ritchie Highway on Friday from 11 AM to 1PM. Service will begin at 1 PM. followed by interment in Cedar Hill Cemetery where she will be laid to rest with her dear husband.
