Karen Cowley

It is with great sadness that the family of Karen Lynn Cowley (nee Talley) of Brooklyn Park, MD, announce her sudden passing on November 10, 2024. Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert (Bob) Cowley, Parents, Raymond and Veronica Talley, Sisters, Sharon Yeager, Donna Rae McKinley, Joyce Riggs and stepdaughter, Carrie Cowley. Survived by her brother, William Noel (Janet), sisters, Pamela Lowe (Dave) and Linda Riggleman. Dear Sister-In-Law of Kim Cowley. Adored Stepmother of Chrissy Williams (Jeff), Cathy Hartman (Craig), and Tori Cowley. “Mom Mom” to Kayli Williams, Delaney Williams, Sarah Schilling (Chris), Matthew Cowley (Amber), Joshua Cowley, Tyler Cowley, McKenzie Swander and Dominic Romano. Great “Mom Mom” to 6 great grandchildren. Beloved Aunt of  Dianna Howard (Jim), Melody Wallizer (Dave), Tommy Lee Riggleman, Sherry Serio (Vince), Frank Jones (Dee), Kim Jones (Chris), Carla Hapbell (Derwood), several great nieces and nephews and beloved friend of Joann Bell. 

The family will receive visitors at Gonce Funeral Home, 4001 Governor Ritchie Highway (Brooklyn) Sunday November 17th  from 3-5pm and 7-9pm. Funeral services to take place Monday at 11am with interment at Cedar Hill Cemetery directly following.
