On March 2nd, 2023. Judy L. Smith joined her beloved husband Billy Smith in heaven. She is the cherished mother of Robert W. Dofflemyer Jr. and his wife Hui Chong Dofflemyer. Grandmother of Robert W. Dofflemyer III and his wife Melissa. Sister of Shirley Blevins and husband Mickey, Sandra Myers and husband Daniel, Michael McCarrig (Sonja Thomas) and the late Geneva Smoak and husband David, Darrell Anderson, Charlotte Cooper and husband Harry Sr. "Butch". She is the Dear daughter of the late Myrtle and Eugene Anderson.
