Joyce A Smith (nee Humphreys), who loved to be called “Gi” by those who loved her, departed her loving family on April 12, 2022.

She was born in Baltimore on June 15, 1961 to the late Edward C. Humphreys and Mary Helen Humphreys. Loving and most admirable mother to Stephanie (David), Ryan (Samantha), and the absolute best Gi Gi to her angel, Camryn. Loving sister to Mary Beth (Danny) and Jennifer (Matt) and aunt to three nephews, Jeffrey, Justin and Matthew.

To know her was to love her. The most beautiful, kind-hearted soul with endless support and encouragement for anyone she crossed paths with. Her legacy will live within all of us. Her radiant smile will be remembered eternally.

“We’ll love you forever, we’ll like you for always.” … As long as we are living, our mother you’ll be.

All family and friends are invited to celebrate Gi’s life with us at a later date.
