   Joseph Allen Wiseman is survived by his Devoted mother Dawn Gillespie, loving brother James Carroll Jr., loving sister Frances Bozman, loving children Za'Niyah  Wiseman and Joseph Wiseman Jr. Joe is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and friends. Joe has joined his sister Amber in Heaven. 

   Joseph loved Baltimore, the Orioles, Ravens and above all his loved ones. Joe had a huge heart and always wanted to help others. He was a private person, so if he allowed you into his circle, you felt special. He was a protector and always wanted to make things right in this world. Joseph will be truly missed by all.

   The family requests relatives and friends to visit the family owned GONCE FUNERAL SERVICE P. A. 4001 Ritchie Hwy on Monday from 3 to 5 pm at which time services will be held.
