He was the beloved son of the late Gertrude and John O'Meara; devoted brother of the late John O'Meara and Ann Lucas; dear uncle of Margaret, Kathleen, Kristin and Reagan O'Meara. Joseph served as a priest in the Archdiocese of Baltimore.
