Jonathan Emmanuel Hill (Jon), 36 of Severn, Maryland, died on Saturday, October 14, 2023. Jon lived for the majority of his life in Severn, MD.  Jon was born July 9, 1987, in Baltimore, MD. Jon is survived by his parents, Pastor Robert “Bobby” Hill and wife, Diana of Severn, MD.; Sister, Rachel Hill of Severn, MD as well as several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.  Jon was preceded in death by his grandparents Emmanuel and Evelyn Blizzard and Pastor Robert and Barbara Hill. As a child Jon attended local schools and graduated from Old Mill High school. He played football in his Senior year for the Old Mill Patriots. After graduation Jon attended Anne Arundel Community College.  Until his passing, Jon worked in the construction industry for 20 years. Jon had a joy for life, true friendships, love for his family and of course he was a faithful Baltimore fan of the Orioles and Ravens. Everyone knew Jon by his contagious smile that reached each of our souls. Jon attended his Dad’s (Pastor Bobby Hill) church Full Gospel Pentecostal Church in Maryland City. Jon always strived to be the best person he could in work, church, family and friendships.  Jon is also known for extending himself to help others.  He had the ability to show love to those who needed the most.  Jon’s love of God and family were endless. Jon Hill will be dearly miss and never forgotten.

Family requests relatives and friends to visit the family owned Gonce Funeral Service P. A. 4001 Ritchie Hwy. on Saturday October 21, 2023 from 2:00 pm till 4:00 pm. Service will be held during visitation at 3:00 pm. Interment will be private.
