On October 16, 2023  John was the beloved husband of the late Shirley Lee Cosgrove (Nee Anthony) ; Devoted father of Cynthia (Cindy) Woodward and husband John, John P. Cosgrove III and wife Donna, Timothy W. Cosgrove Sr. and wife Tina, Bradford Cosgrove and wife Rhonda and Dear stepfather of Patricia and the late Charles Steinhice. Also blessed by many Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.

Visit the family owned Gonce Funeral Service P.A. 4001 Ritchie Highway on Wednesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. Service Thursday at 10:00 A.M. Followed by Interment in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
