Joan A. Daley

      On July 11th, 2025. Joan "Joanny" Daley (Nee DeMartin) joined her beloved husband Paul H. Daley of 58 years in Heaven. She was the loving mother of Barbara Cheek and husband John "Butch", and the late Brian Daley. Cherished grandmother of Claire and Tim Cheek, and Aiden Hill. 

      Joanny was a good Catholic woman. She was one heck of a great cook too! Her family and friends enjoyed her delicious pork chops, stuffed shrimp or anything she would make. Joan also loved to relax and watch her favorite tv shows such as Jim Shore on QVC, Jeopardy, or reading a good Steven King Novel. Sometimes simply being outside tending to her garden. She was a wonderful loving person, and will be missed by her family and friends.

      Family requests relatives and friends visit the family owned Gonce Funeral Service P.A. 4001 Ritchie Highway on Wednesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM. Funeral Service will take place Thursday at 11 AM, followed by interment in Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery 7401 German Hill Rd, Dundalk MD 21222. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Heart association or the Kidney Foundation.
