   On July 23rd 2016 Jay Jackson passed away at age 80,  the beloved husband of the late Barbara L. Fraley (nee Charron). He was the devoted father of the late Troy Sr., Christopher L. and Patrick J. Fraley; dear brother of Judy Hamby and was also blessed with many nieces and nephews.
   Friends and Family may visit the Gonce Funeral Service P.A., 4001 Ritchie Highway on Wednesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9pm. Service on Thursday at 11 am. Interment in Glen Haven Memorial Park.
