On June 16, 2025 "Jerry", born in Ukraine on August 26, 1924, was the beloved husband of 61 years to Olena Terebuch; Devoted father of Jean Marie Choma ( Nee Terebuch) and husband Roman Choma, and Michael Terebuch and wife Cathy Terebuch; Grandfather of Kateryna Choma-Knapp(Ernest), Nick Terebuch (Katie) and Chris Terebuch, Great-Grandfather of Wade Nicholas Terebuch.

Visitation at the family owned Gonce Funeral Service P.A. 4001 Ritchie Highway on Sunday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. Funeral Service Monday 11:00 A.M. at St. Michael the Archangel Ukrainian Catholic Church, 2401 Eastern Avenue Baltimore MD 21224. Interment at St. Michael Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery Dundalk MD. Gathering to follow at Squire's Restaurant Dundalk Md. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Michael Ukrainian Catholic Church.
