On December 8, 2023 Eileen passed away at age 73. She was the beloved wife of Wayne Tillman; Devoted mother of Amy Tillman (James Burnett) and Jennifer Tillman (Jose Chacon) and the late Rae Ann Tillman; Grandmother of Alexander Hajimihalis, Liam Chacon, Julian Chacon and Abigail Burnett; Sister of the late Mary Delimater and Raymond Bennaman Jr.; Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Eileen was born and raised in South Baltimore, the daughter of Ray and Ethel Bennaman. She grew up with older siblings Mary & Ray. Eileen attended school at St. Mary's Star of the Sea and moved on to St. Michaels Business School in East Baltimore. She began working for an insurance company after graduating.
Eileen was the beloved wife to Wayne Tillman (Boe) of 51 years. They moved to Brooklyn Park in 1973 and raised their three daughters, Rae Ann, Amy and Jennifer. Eileen was a devoted mother and loved her family dearly.
She was very crafty and talented. She was an excellent seamstress and cook, she enjoyed crocheting as well. Eileen was an animal lover and had many pets over the years, usually strays she would take in. She loved the Beatles, Rod Stewart and Elvis. Her summers were spent in Ocean City at the family's RV, soaking up the sun and catching waves on the beach. Eileen most enjoyed spending time with her family that she adored. Becoming a Grandmother was one of her greatest joys.
Eileen had a kind heart and was loved by many. She will be cherished forever by her family and friends.
