Hale, Eileen
Eileen Hale, a beloved resident of Brooklyn Park, MD, passed away on February 17, 2024, after a courageous battle with lung and throat cancer. She was surrounded by her loving family at the time of her passing.
Born to the late Bernard and Thelma Hartlove, Eileen was a cherished daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and aunt. Throughout her life, she embodied strength, resilience, and unwavering love for her family.
Eileen is survived by her devoted husband, Joseph T. Hale Jr., her loving daughters Melissa Hood (nee Corkran) and Michelle McGee (nee Corkran) and husband Michael McGee, her adoring grandchildren Donovan Hood, Alyssa Settles, Gianni McGee, and Vinnie McGee, as well as her precious great-grandson Julian Hood. Although Julius McGee preceded her in death, his memory remains cherished.
She was predeceased by her sisters Karen Craddock (nee Hartlove) and Linda Little (nee Hartlove), but leaves behind her brother Bernard Hartlove Jr., who will always hold her memory dear.
Eileen's life will be honored and remembered during a graveside service on Wednesday at 2 PM at Glen Haven Memorial Park in Glen Burnie. Her legacy of love, kindness, and strength will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Caroline Center in Baltimore. Eileen's family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all those who provided care and support during her illness. May she rest in eternal peace.
Feel free to express your condolences on her tribute wall.
