Mr. Wilbourne proudly served his country in the National Guard – Maryland 29th Infantry Division based at the 5thRegiment Armory. He attended parochial school at Saint Bernardine in Baltimore City and graduated high school from Mount Saint Joseph. He earned his Bachelors of science in business at the University of Baltimore and was a member of the Beta Alpha Honorary Scholarship Society. A devoted Catholic he attended and taught religious education for Saint Jane Frances and Holy Trinity in their CCD programs for many years. He was a very accomplished and wonderful person who is loved and will be missed.

      On September 30, 2023. Edward F. Wilbourne's soul was received into heaven. He is the Beloved husband of Jeanne Wilbourne. Cherished father of Stephen Wilbourne, Matthew Wilbourne, Timothy Wilbourne, Paul Vain, Rosie O’Brien, Christopher O’Brien, Michael Hall, John Bell and David Bell. Dear Grandfather of Riley, Dare, Bradley, Alexis and Bentley, Brother of the late James Wilbourne.

      The family requests relatives and friends to visit the family owned Gonce Funeral Service P.A. 169 Riviera Dr. On Friday October 13th from 9:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. Followed by Mass in St. Jane Frances Catholic Church at 12:00 P.M.

      A member of the Saint Conrad Fraternity Secular Franciscan Order for 47 years. In memory of Edward F. Wilbourne donations can be made to the Saint Conrad Fraternity, 1740 Tedbury Street, Crofton, MD 21114.
