Edward C. LaCoste

LaCoste, Edward C.

      Edward was born May 14, 1937 to the late Joseph and Agnes LaCoste. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was a devoted employee and worked at Maryland Shipbuilding and Drydock Company for over 30 years. Edward Loved to cook, he'd host family pool parties at his home and make a big pot of delicious steamed crabs. He was a big fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, an avid dog lover and a lifetime member of the Ferndale Community Club where he enjoyed shooting pool. Edward was a caring and sociable person, who was always there for family and friends if they needed help. Everyone loved him and he will be missed.

      On January 19, 2020. Edward passed away at 82 years old. He is the beloved father of Vicky Gerzsenyi and husband Gene, Robin Butler and husband Kevin. Loving Companion of Debby Liberto. Cherished grandfather of Brett Butler and Brandi Butler. Dear brother of Joseph LaCoste, Mary Milan, and James LaCoste.

Family requests relatives and friends to visit the family owned Gonce Funeral Service P.A. 4001 Ritchie Highway on Wednesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM. Service Thursday at 11 AM.
