On Sunday August 19, 2018 Dorothy (Betty) Kelser (nee Turc) formerly of Brooklyn Park and a member of St. John Lutheran Church Brooklyn, Md. 21225. Dear mother of Charles M. Kelser and Susan Kelser. Loving daughter of the late Jaraslav E. and Dorothy J. Turc (nee Dygert.. Also survived by Deborah Q. Frank and friends of St. John Lutheran and her neighbors.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside service at Cedar Hill Cemetery this Friday August 24, 2018 at 11:30 AM.
