Dorothy A. Palasik

Dorothy Palasik, passed away on February 2, 2025 at 93.

She was born in Baltimore, MD, the devoted daughter of the late Anthony and Veronica Palasik. Sister of Anthony Palasik, Rita "Germaine" Ricker and the late Lorraine Palasik and Louise Pollock; Aunt of Elizabeth Swann, Robert Pollock, Joe Pollock, Mary Pollock, Patricia Palasik, Ray Palasik and Kathleen Rasicot.

After graduating from high school, Dorothy worked in an umbrella factory. She later moved on to a sewing factory where she became a seamstress and supervisor. There, she oversaw the creation of uniforms and taught sewing skills. Her final position was with the state of Maryland, in the accounting department, where she remained until she retired.

Dorothy had a playful sense of humor, was a good listener, and a loving caregiver to her family.

She enjoyed needlepoint, gardening, photography, family genealogy and attending her church.
