On July 15, 2025 Denise was the devoted daughter of the late Eleanor and William Tubbs; Sister of Michael Tubbs Sr. (Terese), JoAnn Sneeringer and Jean Monhal; Aunt of Michael Tubbs Jr., Rachael Guest, Gregory Sneeringer, Timothy Sneeringer and Melissa Mohnal; Great-Aunt of Daelynn, Vincent, Christopher and Jacob. Very special Friend and godmother to Grace Atkinson.

Denise proudly worked for over 30 years in Federal Service to the United States of America. This service included working for the FBI in Washington D.C. from June 1980 to December 1988 and then for the Department of the Army at Fort George Meade, Maryland from 1989 to 2013.  Denise enjoyed cooking, shopping, dining out, a little gambling, and above all spending time with her family and friends. Denise will be remembered as a loving sister, aunt, cousin, godmother and friend.
