Constance E. Kemp

Constance “Connie” Ellen (Moulthrop) Kemp, age 78, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 29th, 2023. She was the beloved widow of Charles Kemp Jr. They shared 45 loving years together.

Connie was born on January 20th, 1945 in Glendale, CA. She grew up in Burbank, CA and settled her life in Glen Burnie, MD. She was happily retired.

She enjoyed being a devoted mom, grandmother, and great grandmother.  

She is survived by her 5 children: Colleen Baltimore, Charlene Crum, Patty Layton, Bobbie Honaker, and George “Charlie” Kemp 3rd; 14 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by Charles Kemp Jr (husband), Patricia Leighton (mother), and Charles Moulthrop (father).

Visitation for family and friends will be held Sunday, February 5th, 2023 from 3pm-5pm and 7pm-9pm at the family owned Gonce Funeral Service P.A., 4001 Ritchie Hwy, Brooklyn Park, MD 21225. The funeral service will be held on Monday February 6th, 2023 at 11am. Entombment will be held in Cedar Hill Cemetery, 5829 Ritchie Hwy, Baltimore, MD 21225.
