Concetta Ann Bridgeman, age 77, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 19, 2024 in her home.   She was born June 9, 1947 in Baltimore MD to the late… Katherine Frances Domino and Frank Joseph Guerassio.  Connie truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; spending time with friends and family, she was the sweetest person you could have meet.

Always had a smile and kind words to say.
