     On October 9, 2019, Clara McCall passed away at the age  of 100 years.  Born in Baltimore, Maryland on May 23, 1919 Clara worked as a seamstress until she retired at age sixty-two but remained very active and enjoyed crocheting, sewing, gardening and baking.

     Mrs. McCall was preceded in death by her husband, William H. McCall, her son William McCall, sister Frances LaFlame, sister infant Margaret Niemczyk, brothers Frank Niemczyk, and Joseph Niemczyk, and parents Viola and James Niemczyk.

     She is survived by her loving family, sister Marie Zielinski, daughter Kathleen Dowell (husband John), daughter- in-law Louise McCall, grandchildren Jaime Radtke (husband Jeremy), Jennifer Haslacker (husband James), Stephanie Beer (husband Dominik), and great grandchildren Kierston and Michael Faber and Carson Beer.

     The McCall family would like to express sincere gratitude for the support of friends and the staff of the Allegany Health Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

      Friends and family may visit Gonce Funeral Service P.A., 4001 Ritchie Highway on Monday, October 14, 11am to 1pm. Service will begin at 1 PM. Mrs. McCall will be laid to rest at Holy Rosary Cemetery.
