Christina Marie Martell

Christina Marie Martell passed away peacefully on Friday April 17, 2026. She was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Christina is survived by her loving husband, Sean Martell; her two children, Cece May Bitner and Colby Bitner Jr.; her mother, Theresa Theis; her sisters, Tara Morrison and Geri Koch; as well as three nephews, three nieces, her two beloved dogs, Boog and Ruby and her best friend Jami Whittington.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Theis Jr., her grandmother, Edna Carroll, and her grandfather, James Carroll.

Christina will be remembered most for her deep love for her children and her nieces and nephews. She enjoyed cheering on the Ravens, watching live sports, cigarettes, Red Bull, and spending quiet moments sitting on the porch with her dog Boog. She also found joy in simple pleasures like relaxing rides in the golf cart. Her presence brought comfort and laughter to those around her, and her absence leaves a space that cannot be filled.

She will be truly missed and will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her.

Services will be held on Friday, April 24, 2026, at Gonce Funeral Service, P.A., 169 Riviera Drive, Pasadena, MD 21122, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a prayer service from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Burial will take place at approximately 2:00 PM at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, 7520 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075. Viewing and service are open to anyone who would like to attend.
